There is a lot of contradiction between the provisions of National Building Code, Delhi Fire Rules and Unified Building Bylaws. Apart from Delhi Master Plan-2021, no clear provisions have been given for coaching institutes in any document.
It is hoped that when the committee appointed by the Union Home Ministry submits its report in a month, solutions to most of the above mentioned points will be found in it.

The permanent solution to this problem is that the government should select three-four areas in Delhi and designate them for coaching institutes. If the government itself prepares class rooms, libraries, hostels, then there will be neither the problem of high rent nor any security related provisions. !
